The Company


Les Fins Gourmets du Nord is a family-owned company established in Piedmont since 1993.

1993 – Construction of a 36-square foot laboratory and warehouse, and construction of a reception hall with lounge on the main floor.
1995 – Granted a wholesale deli food licence by the Ministère de l’agriculture, pêcheries et alimentation du Québec, general category.
2004 – Creation of a subsidiary company, L’Univers des Fins Gourmets, for the Laval Cosmodôme’s catering department.
2008 – Expansion of the laboratory to 1900 square feet and addition of two banquet halls.

We are recognized for our quality products and service and have earned a reputation due to our reliability and flexibility in meeting a variety of needs and budgets.

The considerable care that goes into selecting the best products, our chefs’ unique, traditional expertise, earned through experience and knowledge passed down from Chef André Butier, as well as the constant search for new flavours and surprising textures, will take you through an incredible gastronomical journey. Our cuisine is both modern and refined, and is inspired by French culture and local Quebec products. We have implemented a range of precautionary measures and procedures to guarantee the quality of our products and services.

- We use refrigerated trucks for all our deliveries.
- We are the only catering firm in the Laurentian region with a wholesale deli food licence; this, combined with our refrigerated facilities, allows us to safely produce a large quantity of food. We have a 5500-square foot kitchen and warehouse.

Community Involvement

- We are committed to fair trade and buy most of our fresh produce locally.
- We compost organic matter and recycle all our products, including cork stoppers.
- We are involved in and sponsor regional community festivals.
- We donate food to the St-Sauveur des Monts Soup Kitchen.
- We partner with a number of community youth organizations in the region.
